Standard rates
The same price whether a person clicks in the app or an agent calls a tool. Subscribers pay these rates; pay-as-you-go balances are billed at twice these rates.

Questions people ask
Is there a per-seat or per-agent fee?
No. Your organization has one balance. Every person and every AI agent on your team draws from it at the same rate. Add teammates or agents without adding licenses.
Do balances expire?
No. Paid balances and the free starting balance never expire. If a subscription lapses you keep what is left and keep spending it at the pay-as-you-go rate.
What does the subscription actually buy?
The best rates and the highest limits. $50 a month includes $50 of usage at the standard rates above; unused usage rolls over. Pay-as-you-go top-ups are billed at twice the standard rates.
How does an AI agent pay?
It doesn't. Your agent signs in with your PropDocket account and spends from your organization's balance like anyone on the team. You can cap what it spends.
Is there a free tier?
Every new organization starts with $10 of usage, about 20 full reports, on the standard rates. During the beta nothing is charged at all.
