About PropDocket

Florida property intelligence, built for professionals who need answers fast.

Our Mission

PropDocket exists to make Florida property data accessible, accurate, and actionable. We aggregate public records from the Department of Revenue, county property appraisers, geospatial databases, and ASCE wind/flood standards into a single intelligence report — saving engineers, insurers, real estate professionals, and contractors hours of manual research per property.

What We Do

Enter a Florida address and PropDocket generates a comprehensive property intelligence report in seconds. Each report pulls from authoritative sources to deliver:

  • Parcel & ownership data — parcel and folio numbers, owner of record, legal description, and just, assessed, and taxable values from the county appraiser and the Florida DOR roll.
  • Wind & flood risk — ASCE 7-22 design wind speeds by risk category, FEMA flood zone and base flood elevation, and seismic site class, tied to the parcel coordinates.
  • Building characteristics — year built, living area, building count, and the permit history the county publishes for the parcel.
  • Geospatial context — parcel geometry, ground elevation, county and jurisdiction, and the building department that has authority.
